Shipping
In-stock products are dispatched within 2 business days. Custom/personalised chef productions are prepared within 2–8 weeks depending on order quantity; the timeline is communicated in the order confirmation. All products are shipped with protective packaging suitable for fragile items. For international shipments, customs duties are borne by the buyer.
Returns (Withdrawal)
You may return collection products shipped from stock within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging; the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. The refund is made within 14 days of the product reaching us.
Custom Productions
Products custom-made at your or your chef's request (custom form, size, colour, texture) are not subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable law. This is reminded to you before the order is placed.
Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged, file a report with the courier upon delivery; if you discover damage afterwards, notify us within 48 hours via the contact form with photographs. The shipping cost for damaged or incorrect products is borne by us; the product is replaced or the price refunded.
A Note on Handmade
Every piece is handmade; the glaze takes on tones of its own on each product. Minor differences from the photographs are not defects but the signature of handcrafted production.
