However, in the event of errors arising from typographical, system, or pricing mistakes, Ferarts Shop reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the order even after order confirmation. In such cases, the buyer is informed and any collected payment is refunded. As the products are handmade, each piece is unique in glaze and texture; images are representative.
Terms of Sale
All purchases made through the Site are governed by the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement. You are strongly advised to read this agreement before placing an order.
User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree to act in compliance with applicable laws, not to infringe the rights of third parties, to refrain from actions that compromise site security, and to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms of use shall be governed by Turkish law; the İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
